Baby Yoga : Birth-1 Year (or walking). Baby yoga provides an enjoyable opportunity for parent (or nanny) and baby to bond in a relaxing, peaceful and fun environment. Not only is it an experience to sooth the mind, but it also strengthens the bodies of both baby and adult, adding to their overall health and well being. Exercises are designed to allow constant nurturing interaction with the baby and adult.
